From last night’s workout: circuit workout focusing on shoulders and glutes 😁 Followed by elliptical with the highest resistance I could handle! #NailedIt 👊 Legs are super sore today, but it felt great to be at my own gym & back on the grind! I’ve always been a morning person, but having a toddler makes you want to grab every second of sleep possible! Then today I find myself wide awake at 5am thinking “why don’t I just go workout?” If @joellesamantha can wake up at 4 to workout, I can certainly wake up at 5 :) Thanks for all the motivation IG, you guys inspire me! Ok I don’t usually do progress pics, but I had an awesome workout last night and am feeling really proud of myself :) when I started almost 2 months ago, I could hardly do 30lbs on the lat pull down. Yesterday, I did 70, no problem! (Taken with instagram)
